Terms of Service
Last updated October 23, 2026
These terms are an agreement between Prahari Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“Prahari”) and the organisation that creates a workspace. By using the service you accept them on behalf of that organisation.
1. The service
Prahari provides hosted infrastructure monitoring, alerting, incident response and related SRE tooling. Features vary by plan. We may improve or change features, but we will not materially reduce a paid plan during its current billing period without notice.
2. Accounts
You must be authorised to bind your organisation and to install agents on the servers you enrol. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure, for the actions of your users, and for the accuracy of your billing details. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not monitor systems you do not own or have written permission to monitor.
- Do not attempt to access another tenant’s data or probe the platform’s security without authorisation.
- Do not use the service to distribute malware, conduct attacks, or send unlawful content.
- Do not resell the service unless a reseller agreement is in place.
We may suspend a workspace that presents an imminent security or availability risk, and will explain why as soon as practicable.
4. Trial and billing
Paid plans begin with a 14-day trial unless stated otherwise. Fees are quoted in Nepali rupees (NPR) and exclude applicable VAT. Unless you cancel before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically. Invoices are due on the date shown. Late payment may lead to suspension after reasonable notice.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of your telemetry and account data. You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted from active systems.
6. Availability and support
We target 99.9% monthly availability for paid plans, measured at the ingestion API and dashboard. Planned maintenance is announced in advance on the status page. Support response times depend on plan and severity. The service is not a substitute for your own disaster recovery or backup obligations.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or loss of data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time from the billing page. We may terminate for material breach after 30 days’ written notice, or immediately for unlawful use. Provisions that by nature survive termination — including payment, confidentiality and liability — continue to apply.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. The courts of Kathmandu have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer or data protection law requires otherwise. Questions: legal@prahari.dev.
