Prahari Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“Prahari”, “we”) provides infrastructure observability software. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, where it is stored, and the controls you have over it.
1. Data we collect
Account data. Name, work email, organisation, role and authentication identifiers. Passwords are never stored by us; authentication is delegated to Firebase Authentication.
Infrastructure telemetry. Metrics, logs, traces and heartbeats sent by our agent from servers you choose to monitor. This can include hostnames, IP addresses, container names and application log lines. You decide which servers are enrolled.
Usage and billing data. Feature usage events, plan and seat counts, invoices and payment references. We do not store full card numbers.
Support communications. Messages you send to our team and any attachments you include.
2. Why we use it
- To run the service: ingest telemetry, evaluate alerts, render dashboards and send notifications.
- To authenticate users and enforce tenant isolation and permissions.
- To meter usage, issue invoices and provide support.
- To detect abuse, investigate security incidents and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your telemetry to train models for other customers.
3. Where data is stored
Production data is stored in the ktm-1 region (Kathmandu, Nepal). Encrypted backups are replicated to sin-1 (Singapore). Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with provider-managed encryption.
Enterprise customers may request a single-region deployment or a customer-managed retention schedule.
4. Retention
Raw telemetry is retained according to your plan (7 to 90 days by default). Audit logs are retained for 12 months. When you delete a workspace, telemetry is removed within 30 days; encrypted backups expire within 35 days. Billing records may be retained longer where required by law.
5. Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to operate the service — hosting, email and SMS delivery, payment processing, and error monitoring — under written data-processing terms. We may disclose data if required by a lawful order, and we will notify you unless legally prohibited.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data from within the product, or by contacting privacy@prahari.dev. Organisation owners can export all telemetry in an open format. We respond to requests within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies and local storage entries for session management, locale, theme and consent preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
